Late night production

JOB TITLE:
Digital Print Production (late shift). We are looking for someone to join our growing team who has a broad knowledge of digital printing. Someone who is experienced in small and large format printing and is able to proficiently handle large materials such as window vinyl and mounting. You will be also need to be comfortable dealing with, and building relationships with our valued customers. This is crucial to our personalised service.

JOB:
This will be split between Production: Printing small format documents, cutting and fitting vinyl; mounting; laminating and encapsulating and working on a wide variety of digital files to produce small & large format high quality documents such as books, stationery, postcards, flyers, posters, window and POS graphics, pop-up and roll-up displays.
Client Liaising: with our valued clients on a day to day basis on the phone and face to face. Dealing with queries, basic pricing and liaising with our suppliers.

SALARY:
£17 – 25K depending on experience plus overtime.

LOCATION:
London W1.

DAYS/HOURS:
This is a LATE SHIFT role – we are looking for someone to work from 4pm to midnight or could be flexible and do 3 to 11pm (if this will help with tubes). Saturdays are optional, 10am – 4pm and paid as extra.

EXPERIENCE:
Essential
Good technical and mathematical aptitude
Impeccable spoken & written English
Experience within a print environment – especially of, Xerox Docucolor printers, HP Designjet wide format with Onyx RIPS, , Mounting rollers, Guillotining
Excellent knowledge and experience of all major creative packages
A current working visa or permit that is valid for at least two years
Knowledge of litho printing (for the work we print at our litho plant)
Reasonable understanding of colour management
Excellent computer skills

Preferable
Ability to produce basic artwork
CAD printing
Wide format solvent printing
Vinyl cutting, weeding and fitting
